Quick, honest answers. If something's not here, just ask on the call.
Every package has a published price. Site Fix Sprint $1,497, Lead Engine $3,500 + $1,295/mo retainer, AI Chat $1,800 + $695/mo retainer, Workflow Automation $2,500–$7,500.
No hourly billing. No scope-creep invoices. Full transparency on the pricing page.
50% upfront via Stripe when you sign the agreement. 50% on delivery via Stripe again, on Day 5 (Sprint) or Day 14 (Lead Engine).
Bank transfer is also fine for clients who prefer it. International? USD only.
No. Anything outside what's listed in your package is quoted in writing as an Add-On — never billed surprise. See the add-on list.
Third-party tools (Stripe fees, automatic text messaging, chat-assistant subscription, etc.) are passed through at cost. No markup.
Site Fix Sprint goes live in 5 working days from the day your deposit clears + intake form is submitted. AI Chat in 7 days. Lead Engine in 14 days. Workflow Automation in 10–21 days depending on complexity.
If we miss our agreed delivery window (without justified client-caused delay), your deposit is fully refunded. The 50% balance is only ever invoiced after launch — so missed delivery means you're never out-of-pocket.
Day 1 (Mon): 60-min strategy call + audit + wireframe.
Days 2–3 (Tue–Wed): Heads-down build (you don't hear from me).
Day 4 (Thu): 30-min review call + 1 round of revisions.
Day 5 (Fri): Launch + 8-min handoff video walkthrough + final invoice.
30-day post-launch support included for any small fixes.
5 days is the minimum to do it right. Doing it in 2–3 days would mean cutting corners — your results wouldn't match what we promise.
If you have a hard external deadline (trade show, season opening), let me know on the call. I can prioritize launch-critical pieces by Day 3 and finish polish by Day 5.
Yes. Retainers are month-to-month with 30-day written notice. No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Most clients stay 12+ months because the improvements compound — but you're never locked into a multi-month commitment.
Day 4 of every Sprint includes 1 round of revisions. If after Day 5 the result genuinely doesn't match what we agreed on Day 1, I keep iterating until it does — at no extra cost.
Caveat: I deliver against the Day-1 spec. Mid-build pivots ("can we change the whole concept?") are scope changes — quoted as add-ons.
You don't need to be. I handle the technical work. You handle the business decisions.
The Day-5 handoff video walkthrough shows you exactly how to update copy, swap photos, and check leads — in plain English. Most clients are managing their site within a week.
Richmond, TX (Fort Bend County). I serve Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland, Stafford, Missouri City, Rosenberg, Bellaire, Galleria, Energy Corridor, and the rest of the Greater Houston metro.
Walk-ins welcome by appointment. Phone calls answered live during business hours: (832) 964-8846.
Houston is my primary market — that's where I have local trust signals, walk-in capacity, and bilingual EN+ES delivery. But I'll work with any US-based business that fits the ICP: auto dealers, home services, dental, restaurants, real estate, professional services.
For non-Texas clients, all communication is remote — same delivery quality, same timeline, same fixed price.
