1. Agreement
By using whiteboxforge.com or engaging WhiteBoxForge for services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or our services.
2. About us
WhiteBoxForge is a brand operated by HarbingerScope LLC, a Texas limited liability company, based in Richmond, Texas (Greater Houston metro). We provide digital services: website fixes, lead generation systems, AI chat tools, and workflow automation for small and medium businesses across Texas and the United States.
3. Service engagements
Each individual project is governed by a separate written Service Agreement (Statement of Work) that we sign with you. Those project-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
4. Pricing & payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Local currency conversions use the rate at signature date.
- Payment is typically structured as 50% deposit upfront, 50% on delivery. Specific terms are in your project's Service Agreement.
- Recurring (retainer) services are billed monthly in advance.
- If WhiteBoxForge fails to deliver the agreed scope by the agreed launch date, for reasons not caused or contributed to by the client, the client is entitled to a full refund of the 50% deposit paid at signature. The 50% balance is invoiced only after launch, so a missed launch date never results in the client being out-of-pocket beyond the deposit.
- Outside of the above missed-launch-date guarantee, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Specific exceptions may be set out in the project Service Agreement.
5. Use of deliverables and content rights
- Source files, credentials, and project resources (such as code repositories, raw design files, and platform admin keys) are not transferred to clients as part of the deliverables.
- Upon final payment for a given engagement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resulting live deliverables (the live website, automations, AI agents, integrations, and similar live systems) for the operation of the client's own business. The license does not include rights to redistribute, sublicense, resell, or hand off underlying source materials to a third party.
- The client retains all rights to content, copy, photos, brand assets, and customer data they provide or that is generated in their accounts.
- We retain the right to display anonymized references to your project in our portfolio and marketing.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your business name and logo as a client reference, unless you opt out in writing.
6. Acceptable use of this website
Don't:
- Use this site to send spam or harvest data
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Submit false information through forms
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the site for commercial purposes
7. Third-party services
Our website and services integrate with third-party tools (Cal.com, Stripe, Google Workspace, etc.). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms. Their terms apply when you interact with them.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The website and our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we deliver to a high standard:
- We do not guarantee specific traffic volumes, search rankings, or revenue outcomes
- We do not guarantee compatibility with future browser or platform updates
- We are not responsible for the performance of third-party tools we integrate
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees you've paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, etc.).
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep mutual business information confidential during and after any engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in each Service Agreement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days' written notice. On termination, you pay for all completed work; we deliver any in-progress materials in current state.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Effective" date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. SMS / text messaging program
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms (or by replying to a message from us), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from WhiteBoxForge (sent from +1 832-558-2293) related to your request — appointment and audit follow-ups, account and service updates, and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
